Referral Programme Terms

You can invite your friends and family to use VeloRemit with your unique referral code. When they sign up, complete KYC verification and make their first qualifying transfer, you’ll both get a bonus.


1. Referral Bonuses
    - The bonus amounts are always shown in the VeloRemit app. address, date of birth, contact details, government-issued identification (e.g., passport or driver’s licence), and financial information (e.g., bank account or credit card details).
    - Bonuses are credited to your VeloRemit app balance.
    - Your bonus can only be used as payment towards future VeloRemit transfers. This bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash.
    - You can see and track your earned bonuses directly in the app.


2. How It Works
    1. Log into the VeloRemit app and find your unique referral code under Refer a Friend.
    2. Share your code or link with friends using your favourite messaging app.
    3. Your friends must:
         - Be a new users,
         - Sign up with your unique referral code,
         - Complete KYC (identity verification), and
         - Make a qualifying transfer that meets the minimum amount shown in the app.
    4. Once your friend’s first qualified transfer is complete, both of you will automatically receive your bonuses.


3. Important Rules
    - A new user must use your unique referral code when signing up to VeloRemit for you to qualify for a referral bonus.
    - Only the first qualified transfer made by a new user counts towards a referral bonus.
    - Misuse, fake accounts or self-referrals will result in disqualification.


4. Programme Changes
    - Bonus amounts, limits and qualifying conditions may change — always check the VeloRemit app for the latest details.
    - VeloRemit may suspend or end the Referral Programme at any time, but bonuses already credited to your app balance will remain available to you as long as you are a VeloRemit customer.


5. General
    - The Referral Programme is subject to VeloRemit’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
    - This Programme is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
