Transaction: The process of sending or receiving money using VeloRemit Money Transfer Services.
Refund: The act of requesting the annulment or reversal of a previously initiated money transfer transaction.
3. Refund Process
Customers have the right to request a refund of a money transfer transaction, provided the following conditions are met:
The request for refund must be submitted by the customer within 15 days of initiating the transaction.
Funds have not been deposited to the beneficiaries bank account at the time VeloRemit receives your refund request.
The customer must provide accurate transaction details, including the transaction reference number and relevant identification information.

VeloRemit Ltd will refund the principal amount of the transaction to the customer. The refund will be processed within 5 business days using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
4. Exceptions
There may be circumstances under which VeloRemit Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund request, including but not limited to:
Transactions that have already been paid out to the recipient.
Transactions that are subject to ongoing legal or regulatory investigations.
Transactions that are suspected of being involved in fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the transaction details provided during cancellation requests. VeloRemit Ltd will not be held liable for any losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
