Sending limits are the maximum amounts you can transfer per day, week, or month when using VeloRemit. You can check your personal limits and usage in the app by going to Menu and tapping on My Limits.
Minimum funds that can be sent from the UK to Nigeria is £5, while that of UK to Ghana is £10
An MTN Mobile Money wallet in Ghana can only hold up to 10,000 cedis at a time. If your transfer would exceed this limit, it may not be delivered immediately. Once the recipient makes a withdrawal and the wallet balance is under the limit, the transfer will be delivered within seconds. If not, we will automatically retry daily until it goes through.
